Atlantis Headwear Catalog Update: Discontinued Styles & What’s Available Now

Atlantis Headwear catalog update showing discontinued caps and beanies alongside the updated lineup of available caps and sustainable beanies.

If you sell Atlantis head wear products offered here through SS Activewear, you’ll want to take note of a few recent changes to the Sustainable head wear lineup. Several styles have been discontinued, and a new set of styles is now available for Apliiq VIP partners to request.

Here’s a quick breakdown of what changed and what to do next.

What’s Happening

Atlantis Headwear is distributed in the US through SS Activewear, and they’ve recently made changes to what’s offered from the Sustainable head wear collection within the US. A handful of styles have been phased out, and new styles have been added to the lineup in their place. Because the new styles don’t map cleanly onto what was dropped, we’re presenting both lists separately so you can see exactly what’s changed and what’s currently sourceable.

Discontinued Styles

The following Sustainable head wear styles are no longer available:

What This Means for Your Brand

A catalog shift like this is a good moment to look at your head wear lineup with fresh eyes, not just patch the gap. A few things worth thinking through:

Lots of new beanies to choose from for the upcoming winter season

Three sustainable beanies from Atlantis Headwear: NELSON, RIO, and PURE, shown with different colors and embroidered designs.

Five of the six newly available styles are beanies, spanning cuffed, rib-cuffed, knit, and shorter cropped fits. If your store only carries one beanie style, this is a natural moment to build out a small “beanie family” instead: a cuffed style for a classic look, a longer knit style for a streetwear feel, and a shorter fit for customers who want something more low-profile. Offering 2-3 fit variations under one design is an easy way to increase average order value without designing anything new.

Great Products For Sustainably Focused Brands

All of these styles are part of Atlantis’s Sustainable line. If your product descriptions aren’t currently calling that out, they should be –  “sustainable,” “eco-conscious,” and “responsibly made” are all terms shoppers actively search for in head wear, and buyers are increasingly willing to pay more for it. This is a simple, high-leverage copy update even outside of this specific catalog change.

Trucker caps (BRYCE) round out a more complete head wear offering

If your store has leaned heavily on beanies, adding a trucker cap gives you a warm-weather counterpart, which helps smooth out seasonal demand instead of head wear sales dropping off outside of fall/winter.

Update old listings; don’t just delete them

For any store still showing POWELL, FRASER, YALA, or OAK, swapping the listing to a close alternative (even an imperfect one, clearly described) tends to retain more SEO value and repeat customers than removing the listing outright and starting from zero.

The Takeaway

A discontinued style doesn’t mean your collection has to lose its edge. Use the change to rethink the silhouette, the artwork, and what your brand needs next, then choose the Atlantis style that fits all three.
